     The cost of an Ocicat can vary based on several factors, including coat color and contrast. Typically, for spotted show quality kittens, prices start at around $1,700. From time to time, we are fortunate to have a few kittens born with unique and exceptional coat colors, which may be priced slightly higher due to their rarity and distinctiveness.
 
     It's important to understand that the price of an Ocicat from a reputable breeder reflects not only the quality of the kitten but also the care and attention given to both the kittens and the adult cats in the breeder's colony. This includes high-quality food, clean living conditions, routine veterinary and reproductive care. When searching for an Ocicat, be cautious of exceptionally low prices, as they may not necessarily be a bargain. Lower prices could indicate that the breeder's colony is not receiving the level of care that breeding queens and their kittens require, which could result in costly veterinary bills down the line.
